It slows down a little bit, but you still get to lvl 20 really fast. As for the endgame, I'm not sure, I'm still in the process.

You get there really fast. Levelling isn't the issue. You must get skils, wich takes alot. Your personal skill takes a while to level up too ( depends on yourself ^^ ).
Endgame...pvp,dungeons, pvp,farming, Pvp Did I mention PvP? |

It sort of depends on if you are playing the original Guild Wars (Prophecies) or Factions. Factions leveling goes really fast, and you need it to. Leveling in GW is not at all like other MMORPG. Once you are level 20, there is still a lot you have to do to get your character maxed. Skill acquisition (regular and elte skill capping) is the main goal after level 20. Then getting a max weapon with max mods. Then you can do all of the cosmetic stuff (prettier max weapons and armor).
In Factions, ANet sped up the leveling process even more so that they could make more areas replayable with your character that has completed the main storyline. Also, after getting everything there is in PvE, there is always PvP. PvP is the main reason the cap is at level 20. Anyone can easily get to level 20, so when playing against someone, the game is won or lost on skill, not time played leveling. |

Endgame: Helping guildies, others through tough missions. Capping new skills. Trying new builds. Working on titles.
Some people like pvp, but since there are no drops, and no monsters or anything, it doesnt really hold my attention all that well. But to each his/her own. |

Dont worry about your lvl. The game first realy starts when you are lvl 20. Everything until lvl 20 is just a traning prosess. When you hit lvl 20 you wil still have over 50% of the pve game left.
